Foam-Flo™ Foam Proportioning System

Cascade's Foam-Flo™ Foam Proportioning System meters wildland (Class A) foam concentrate into hose lines in the desired percentages. The Foam-Flo™ can treat up to 100 GPM or as low as 5 GPM of water. Foam concentrate can be metered into the hose lines in various a mounts, from 0.01% to 1%.

The Foam-Flo™ can easily be installed on Slip-On Units, Portable Pumps or Pumpers. There are three hoses, one is attached to the pump suction, the second hose attaches to the pump discharge, and the third to the foam concentrate. All connections are on the back side. An integrated ball check valve prevents water from entering the foam supply. All components are anodized aluminum, brass or stainless steel, and the label is a tough waterproof vinyl.

MODELS:

FOAM-FLO™ #11923A model: Made to install on portable pumps. This model has garden hose fittings on all three connections. The foam pick-up hose is supplied, the other two hoses are not.

FOAM-FLO™ #11923F model: Primarily used on Slip-On Units or Wildland Fire Pumpers. It comes complete with mounting bracket, quick connect couplings, and hoses. All hoses and connections are supplied:

• 2 quick connect couplings; One for ½” tubing, the other for ⅜” tubing. Both have ¼” NPT male threads.
• The ½” coupling is to be connected to the suction side of the pump. The ⅜” coupling is connected to the discharge side of the pump.
• ⅜” clear tubing with the ¾” GHT thread is attached to the “FOAM SUPPLY” on the back of the Foam-Flo™.
