SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 24 hours, unless order is received during non-business hours, in which case orders will be processed on the first working day after the order is placed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by an additional 24 hours. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping is currently FREE for our online items delivered within the continental United States. We currently only ship to addresses within the continental United States, and APO/FPO addresses.
*If your delivery address is in Alaska or Hawaii, a shipping fee will be charged to your original payment method AFTER your order has been placed and shipping costs have been determined.
Once your order has shipped you should receive an automated email with tracking information. A member of our sales team will notify you on shipping lead times on back ordered items. Most of our products ship via UPS.
During peak fire season, our clothing can have an 8-12 week delivery time.

SHIPMENT COMFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We currently do not ship outside the United States.
