Thank you for visiting and shopping at cascadefire.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 24 hours, unless order is received during non-business hours, in which case orders will be processed the following day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by an additional 48 hours. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping lead times and/or back order information will be provided to you.

During peak fire season, our clothing can have an 8-12 week delivery time.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated email from our online system. Your order will be acknowledged via email by a member of our sales team, which will include lead time and product availability. Note: our online system does not show product availability in our warehouse.

When your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not ship outside the United States.


SHIPPING RATES

Our shipping rates are determined by zone and order total sale amount. Please refer to our Shipping Zone Rate Chart and map located below. Large/heavier items will have a surcharge amount added to the total shipping charge.
