The Kestrel 3500 Pocket Weather Meter combines wind, temperature, and humidity readings with barometric pressure and altitude information. It gives wildland firefighters and field crews a portable way to monitor local conditions and check changes in atmospheric pressure.
A three-hour pressure trend indicator adds context to current readings. The 3500 is designed for on-the-spot measurements and does not store a downloadable weather data log.
