SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 24 hours, unless order is received during non-business hours, in which case orders will be processed on first working day after order is placed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing and shipments may be delayed by an additional 24 hours. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Currently shipping is FREE for our online items. If this changes, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States, and APO/FPO addresses.
Most of our products ship via UPS. Tracking information via UPS shipment will be provided when your order ships.
Items usually ship within 2-3 business days when in stock. We will notify you on shipping lead times on back ordered items
During peak fire season, our clothing orders can have an 8-12 week delivery time.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
