Red Head Brass Brute X-Pander Expansion Units
Red Head Brass Brute X-Pander Expansion Units are size-specific assemblies used with the Brute X-Pander to attach 1- through 3-inch fire hose couplings. Select the expansion unit that matches the size and configuration of the coupling being installed.
Expansion unit assemblies are ordered separately from the Brute X-Pander machine. Most available options include the corresponding drawbar; the 3-inch expansion unit does not include a drawbar and uses a 2½-inch drawbar.
Compatibility
- Designed for use with the Red Head Brass Brute X-Pander
- Available for attaching 1- through 3-inch couplings
- Current Red Head Brass expansion unit assemblies and replacement parts are compatible with the Brute X-Pander
- Some expansion units may work with other manufacturers’ expanders; confirm the machine manufacturer and model before ordering

Selection Information
When ordering, confirm the coupling type and size as well as the manufacturer and model of the expander. The 3-inch expansion unit, SKU 11293, does not include a drawbar and uses the 2½-inch drawbar.
